We have an Emu ranch in Village Kondhane, Karjat about 40 kms away from the hustle bustle of Mumbai. The place is surrounded by overlooking hills and on the banks of river Ullhas. There are some caves > 5000 years old and lots of monsoon springs and water falls around.
There are streams flowing from the ranch and it has almost everything for a nature lover like hill, plains, forest, streams, water falls, ponds, cottages and of course Emu, Foul and Turkey.The place is so lovely that every one from 7 to 70 years will enjoy. Some photographs posted for your view.

Karjat is really a very nice place and I am also writing some nice information about karjat and its beauty, I recently write about Bhivpuri waterfall near karjat.
